Educational Qualifications:
- For Assistant Director (Technical): The candidate should hold a Master’s Degree/ PG Diploma of a minimum 1-year duration/Bachelor’s degree/ B.Tech/ BE degree of not less than 4 years or other qualifications with 5 years experience
- For Assistant Director: The candidates should hold a Degree of Law with 3 years of experience of handling legal matters or working experience as a Law Officer OR Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience in handling finance, human resource development administration, or/ and vigilance, and accounts matters
- Deputy Manager: The candidate should hold a Post Graduate Degree/ MBA/ Diploma or other qualifications with 6 years of experience
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on these stages:
- Stage 1 of CBT
- Stage 2 of CBT
- Interview
Pay Scale:
- Pay Level 10
